Advanced Replacement Program |
|
| |
Call Secom for repair replacement parts or boards with overnight shipment direct to your facility. Send your failed part back to Secom within two weeks and your cost is a just a fraction of the price for new parts or boards. Fast. Economical. Secom. |

Preventative Maintenance Programs |
|
| |
Secom offers preventative maintenance agreements to schedule monthly, quarterly or twice yearly. Services include cleaning, adjusting, testing, re-training attendants, service persons, or managers and listing recommendations for future product and supply needs. |
|
|
Full Maintenance Agreements |
These programs include the preventative maintenance, as well as all parts and labor during normal business hours. Full maintenance is available on any existing or newly purchased Secom equipment and is always included under Secom lease agreements. |

Training |
We view systems training as paramount to the successful operation of any location. Secom will develop a training program to meet a client's specific needs. Standard training programs are available at initial systems start-up, at regular review interval and on an as-needed basis at the client location or directly at the factory, as follows: |

Instructional Outcome: The Cashiers will know how to process a ticket and understand what the system responses are when an exception message appears.
Length of Course: One 4-hour session
Type of Presentation: Students will process transactions in a hands-on workshop and join in classroom instruction utilizing PowerPoint outline and follow along with their cashier manual.
Course Materials: Cashier handbook and worksheet materials.

Instructional Outcome: Supervisors will be able to operate cashier terminals, perform primary maintenance (troubleshoot/replenish supplies), understand all system messages, correlate tickets issued with vehicles present, time parked and revenue generated, understand all printed report messages, and operate basic controller functions.
Length of Course: Three 4-hour training session.
Type of presentation: This is a fully interactive training program that consists of real time transaction processing and exception identification. -
Course materials: 030 Controller manual, cashier manual, supplemental reports.

Maintenance Personnel Training |
Instructional Outcome: Will be able to perform primary maintenance on all major components of the system, replenish all supplies, clear ticket and other paper jams, reset the system, replace modular sub-assemblies, perform basic preventative maintenance, remove and replace gate arms, and perform basic cashier functions.
Length of Course: Three 4-hour training session.
Type of presentation: This is a fully interactive instructional program consisting of classroom lecture and troubleshooting paths, on-site application of skills, and factory "bench" diagnostics.
Course materials: Systems manuals, wiring diagrams, and supplemental materials.

System Managers and Administrators |
Instructional Outcome: Perform all supervisor tasks as well as to understand reports, spot trends in revenue generation, facility utilization, quality check supervisor task performance, and know how to build and save queries for detail analysis.
Length of Course: Initial four 4-hour training sessions, then two follow-up days at 3-months, 6-months, and 12-months of system life.
Type of Presentation: This is a fully interactive training program that consists of real time use of the 030 system controller and NetAdmin DART.
Course Materials: 030 Controller manual, cashier manual, DataView manual, supplemental reports and query builder tasks.

Advanced System Functionality and Audit Training |
Instructional Outcome: This course is designed for all Secom system "power users" and persons responsible for thoroughly auditing all systems activities and events. Students will be able to review all systems activity and understand relationships between exception reporting and events prior to and post-exception. They will also learn the 12 basic steps involved in a spot audit and will be able to search the log for key or suspicious activities. Power users will understand full performance of the Advanced Operations Features purchased.
Length of Course: Initial 2 8-hour training days, then one follow-up day at 3-months, 6-months, and 12-months of system life.
Type of Presentation: This is a fully interactive training program that consists of real time use of the 030 system controller and NetAdmin DART.
Course Materials: Reports and query builder templates and reports.
