Warranty - All Secom manufactured equipment is under a 12-month warranty plan on all parts and 90 days on labor. Peripheral devices integrated into a Secom carry the associated manufacturer's warranty. The major components of the powerful Secom direct-drive gates carry a 5-year warranty - the best in the industry! All software is under warranty against defects for the life of the software.

Zero Obsolescence Policy - Secom never obsoletes their products and will continue to support any Secom product in the field, regardless of age. Secom will, at their option, elect to replace an old board style with a newer, more robust board if this replacement means higher reliability for the client and less need for service attention from the Secom technical staff.
